There should start a free training program for none experienced adults in diifferent career aspects. It is more difficult for uneperienced workers to get a job in this unemployment environment.

The working environment is changing so fast to the extent that employers are demanding more from their employees, and are not willing to create employee development programs in making them successful at what they do. As a result the requirements for hiring is a lot hence making it harder for inexperienced candidates to get hired.
